We started because the rental market in our cities was set up for transactions, not relationships. Owners wanted predictability, renters wanted accountability, and there was room for a third path that treated homes like operated assets — not listings to flip.
What we believe
Real estate is the largest asset class on the planet, and most of it operates on broker chains and goodwill. The technology and operating capacity exist to do better — what is usually missing is the discipline to treat a single 2BHK with the same rigour as a fund of them.
So we treat each home as its own project. One template, separate P&L. Same way SundayGrids treats solar plants and Frontier funds infra. We did not invent the model — we are applying it to rentals.
How we are built
- Operator-led: We hold the master lease. The buck stops with us, not a sub-broker.
- Transparent, by default: Ranges, assumptions, and risks are published per project — not hidden behind a sales call.
- Small portfolio, on purpose: We add a project only when the operating economics work. Growth is paced.
- Private investor onboarding: We do not solicit retail capital. Allocations are limited.
