No. This is a private profit-share in a managed rental project. It is not a security, mutual fund, or REIT. Onboarding is limited.

Monthly or quarterly to your registered bank account, after operating costs and reserve allocations.

Distributions reduce or pause until break-even. Our master-lease obligation to owners continues — we absorb that gap, not you.

Some projects allow a secondary transfer after a lock-in. Specifics are in each project deck.
